A Health Coach does not take the place of your primary care physician, we can; however help bridge the gap between your office visit and your everyday life. When the kinds of lifestyle changes you need to make take time and effort, the reality is, primary care docs can only do so much. A health coach works with you to determine the best way to integrate your physician’s recommendations into your plan, so you can lead a healthier life.
How It Works
We'll start with a meeting to review your health history and goals. Through sessions we will home in on the health and diet information that's relevant to you as an individual.
We'll work with you to create a client-driven action plan. We wont tell you what to do, we will coach, mentor and guide you to figure it out for yourself.
You'll get a training program that teaches you how to make lifestyle changes and new habits that you can stick to for better health and quality of life. If you are tired of dieting and excited for accountability, support and conversation – this is for you.
You’ll also have 24/7 email & text options to give you the support you need in between our sessions to help you make amazing decisions and celebrate your progress along the way. We will provide tools to create permanent changes for your health and well-being.
